Portmore was set up in 2005 by David Wilkinson, Mike Franklin &David Stockdale to provide creative solutions for Pension Schemes (SIPP & SSAS), direct investors & Institutions who wish to invest in property as an asset class. Through our partners we bring together the expertise to facilitate property investment funds and commercial property investment opportunities; arrange flexible and diverse finance and source private & institutional equity. All our partners are vastly experienced in the financial structuring, legal & taxation vehicles & property acquisition and management.
